‘Inspiration Sessions’ Are Here! FREE 90-Minute Sessions for Local Artists
We at Very Well are excited to announce something big.
Our recent launch of the Modern Sound Bath introduced a powerful new way to help people shift their state of mind. Using low-frequency vibration and immersive spatial audio, the experience supports not just calmness, clarity, inspiration, motivation, focus, energy, healing… whatever is most needed. We offer several session lengths, but it’s the Deep Dive—our longest—that gives people time and space to reflect, journal, sketch, brainstorm, study, or simply peacefully enjoy their shifted state.
(For more information on the full possibilities of the Deep Dive, click here.)
If you’ve been reading our blog or emails, you know that our mission is to heal the wider community by supporting the people who walk through our doors. You can see how this could play out on an individual level. If someone in pain or with other troubling symptoms begins to feel better, they have more focus and energy to spend on the things that may give them joy and purpose. As their life improves, it will affect the people around them. And so on… Healing spreads.
Starting today and running through the end of June, we’re taking that ripple effect to the next level.
Enter Inspiration Sessions
Inspiration Sessions are a FREE, 90-minute offering for Baltimore-based artists—writers, musicians, designers, performers, photographers, visual artists, and more. Built around our Modern Sound Bath Deep Dive, these sessions are designed to help artists reconnect with their creative process, move through blocks, and find flow.
We’re offering these free sessions to artists because we believe they are essential to the health of our wider culture and community. In challenging times, we look to artists to reflect where we are—and to help us imagine the better places we could go. Their work shapes how we think, feel, and connect. They provide joy and meaning.
They inspire us all.
But they need inspiration, too. These sessions are our way of helping them access the states of mind that allow inspiration to return—so they can keep doing the work that moves us all forward.
If you’re an artist, we hope you’ll sign up.
If you know one, please send them our way.
And if you’re not an artist but this sounds like exactly what you need—you can book a Deep Dive for yourself anytime. The experience is the same. The outcome is yours to define!
Scroll down to see our press release, and please feel free to pass it along to anyone who can help us publicize this offering.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Baltimore, MD — May 6, 2025
Very Well Launches Free “Inspiration Sessions” to Support Baltimore Artists at a Pivotal Moment
Very Well, a wellness center uniquely blending ancient traditions with modern therapeutic technologies, today announced the launch of Inspiration Sessions—a new initiative offering free 90-minute private sessions to local artists. The program is designed to help artists overcome blocks, reconnect with their vision, access creative flow, and make meaningful progress in their work amid the cultural, economic, and political pressures shaping this moment.
Each Inspiration Session begins with the newly launched Modern Sound Bath—a vibroacoustic therapy session that uses full-body vibration and spatial audio to regulate the nervous system, enhance clarity, and increase focus. Afterward, artists are invited to stay and use the comfortable space to brainstorm, reflect, or dive into a project. A desk, whiteboard, and creative prompts are provided.
The sessions are open to Baltimore-based artists across disciplines, including visual art, writing, music, photography, fashion, and performance.
“In challenging times, our community relies on artists to act as mirrors of where we are, and as visionaries to help usher us to a better place,” said Dr. David Meredith, D.Ac., founder of Very Well. “These sessions are our way of helping them access the states of mind that allow their inspiration to flow—so they can continue inspiring the rest of us.”
Inspiration Sessions are free and offered daily through June 2025. The initiative reflects Very Well’s broader mission to help individuals feel better, reach their full potential, and share their unique gifts with the world. Additional information about the sessions and bookings can be found at getverywell.com/inspiration.
An open demonstration for media will take place from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025; or contact Very Well for a private demo anytime.
