Insurance

Very Well accepts participating health insurance plans for acupuncture only. Health insurance does not cover any of our additional services. For more information about how we work with insurance, and to submit your insurance plan information for verification, click here.

Memberships and Packages

To reduce pricing for repeat clients who are working on their health and wellness goals, or just need a mini-vacation from their stressful day, Very Well offers a robust series of memberships and packages..

Our memberships are monthly subscriptions with recurring charges and big savings. (Click here to learn more about memberships.)

Our packages are groups of treatments that can be used within a year of purchase. (Click here to learn more about packages.)

Payment Policy

Please note that we require a credit card to be on file when booking all services, to reserve your session. (You may use a different card to pay for the treatment at the time of service, if you like.) We charge this card automatically if you do not cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours, as per our cancellation policy.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture pricing is complex because we accept payment at the time of service, as well as health insurance policies that cover acupuncture. The following pricing reflects payment at the time of service. If you use your insurance, your cost will depend on a variety of factors, including any applicable copays, deductibles, allowed amounts per treatment, and accepted diagnosis codes. Note that, due to our agreements with the insurance companies we participate with, we are not allowed to discount acupuncture treatments as a part of our memberships and packages, which is why when those discounts are spelled out in the benefits, acupuncture is listed as the only exception.

That said, the acupuncture appointments featured in our EXPANDED membership and various of the Health FOUNDATION packages are built into those deals at full price, with any other services being offered for a greater discount.

Also note that our cancellation policy requires us to charge insurance-based clients the FULL time-of-service cost for any missed appointment not cancelled within 24 hours. Health insurance does not reimburse for missed appointments.
