About Nicholas Adams, L.Ac., M.S.Ac., CPT
Acupuncturist
Nicholas Adams, L.Ac., M.S.Ac., CPT, is a Maryland-licensed acupuncturist with a Master’s degree in Acupuncture from the Virginia University of Integrative Medicine (VUIM). He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (DAcHM). From a young age, Nicholas had a fascination with martial arts and acupuncture, and it became his focus to understand how and why needles can heal. Through this curiosity, he discovered a natural and potent medicine, a medicine that not only heals but can optimize health. His goal is to share this medicine with his community.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Nicholas is a certified personal trainer and Taiji/Qigong instructor with a decade of experience. His clinical focus is orthopedic pain and musculoskeletal disorders, though his treatment approach is suitable for a wide range of conditions. Integrating eastern and western medicine, Nicholas identifies the root of every condition, with the goal of restoring each patient to lasting health and longevity.
“I am continually impressed by how articulate, intuitive, intelligent, and caring David is, AND how deeply invested he is in my health and wellness.”
